It was last used in Moncton N.B.
Canadian National Railways sold it in May
1998 to Halifax rail fan Bill Linley. This
caboose was then delivered to the Train
Station Inn from Oxford N.S. The
caboose opened as accommodations in
June of 1999.
Originally built in 1937 as a
steel boxcar for the Canadian
National Railways. It was
converted into this caboose in
April 1971 by CN in Point St.
Charles and numbered CN
79575.
